They do not care about the customers the way they should. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year to cash checks from work. They have 8 teller windows inside, but only 1-2 tellers working every single time I come in here! Once the line starts to reach the door, they may call up ONE more teller…. To put it in perspective, even today, I’ve stood here over 20 minutes already (still waiting) and there were only 3 customers in the whole bank…. The workers are nice, but sooooooo inefficient, it can’t even make up for it. I wish someone would change this. It really sucks to see the same thing here for a year plus. At this point, you can’t blame understaffing…

Stood in line for over 20 minutes at the drive up there was four cars. The fifth car comes whizzing around the corner and gets in the second lane and gets waited on before we do that’s not right so slow at the drive up they need a second teller or a camera where they can see who was in line 1st this happens every time I go through the drive up

This location has gone to the dogs. ATM is almost always out of service, inside lobby there is usually ONE teller available, and sometimes there is no one to help with business matters. I am shocked at the changes I've seen over the years.

Visiting from out of town and went into the Robertsdale branch twice in 1 week and got the same teller who was the only one working. Failed to get her name but she is not a good image for the bank. She acts like she is doing you a favor to serve you. 2nd time I wanted to swap 20s for 100 dollar bills for graduation cards. She claimed there were no hundreds in the entire bank. I find that hard to believe! I would bet the the sourpuss was just too lazy to get up and go get them.

I was in line for 30 minutes in the drive threw with one teller who informed me to come inside. I’ve been in line and currently in line it seems one person is served every 5-8 minutes. This is dumb. I won’t bank here again. I run a business and I cannot bank here and run a business I’ve been in line inside for 20 minutes already and judging by the line I’ll still be here with one teller inside after a holiday. Man it’s like this every time. PENAIR is rite down the road and they have help! EDIT: it has been 45 minutes and I am now at the counter next in line. And the teller just walked out of here. We’re all in line with no teller at the bar. Hmmm. 15 people still here regions. I dislike this branch only.

Slooooooooow service. People might be nice but they are definitely not in any hurry. And don't care how long they make you wait. Like they hate their job so they're going to make sure everyone knows it. Really hate coming here.
