I was in line for 30 minutes in the drive threw with one teller who informed me to come inside. I’ve been in line and currently in line it seems one person is served every 5-8 minutes. This is dumb. I won’t bank here again. I run a business and I cannot bank here and run a business I’ve been in line inside for 20 minutes already and judging by the line I’ll still be here with one teller inside after a holiday. Man it’s like this every time. PENAIR is rite down the road and they have help! EDIT: it has been 45 minutes and I am now at the counter next in line. And the teller just walked out of here. We’re all in line with no teller at the bar. Hmmm. 15 people still here regions. I dislike this branch only.

As soon as my deposit that they are holding for 2 weeks even though they have the money when he goes through I'm closing my account.. regions hasvery bad service

Slooooooooow service. People might be nice but they are definitely not in any hurry. And don't care how long they make you wait. Like they hate their job so they're going to make sure everyone knows it. Really hate coming here.

100% the slowest bank in the world!!!! if you go in don't expect to be greeted or have a person give you a smile when you walk in, definitely the worst attitudes of people you could find!!!!! I HATE THIS BANKKK. please do better regions!!!

This bank struggles to serve its customers. Although the ONE teller is friendly and knows her job well, it must be overwhelming to try and do it all. The ATM is often closed.

I have banked with Regions personally and two different businesses. They are experiencing the same difficulties with staffing that many others are. They still take the time to help with your banking and have a nice chat!! ? Thank you Regions for being a bank that I enjoy coming to! I would highly recommend Regions for anyone personally or starting your own small business!

-I had to wait 60 days for my $250 secured credit card deposit to be returned.-ATM has taken new card.Leaving me to order a new one.-Atm at Robertsdale then i drive to Loxley for it to be being serviced.-They took monthly fee out of my AVAILABLE BALANCE but "it will probably be a few days before my payment clears..."It has been 4 days. All of the other branches I have used for Regions have been fast and courteous. The Robertsdale branch has always been courteous, but so slow!! A friday afternoon and only two lanes in the drive through open. Very unhappy with my experience.
