I've been AT& T customer for the past 8 years their service was great whenever I started but it's gotten worse as years gone by, so I'll stop in this location to see what T-Mobile had to offer. I was able to get a new phone, a tablet, and a watch all for the price I was paying for just my bill with AT&T. The big thing with me is that the person that helped me made sure everything was set up, last few times I've been in the AT&T store they didn't seem to want to help me too much.

The associates at this store are always very helpful. They know what they're talking about and can always recommend the best course of action for me. Had to do a warrantee on my phone and they walked me through the process. Will be back soon for a new watch.

Ask about the discounts that only employees can get. Our bill went from 210 to 150. 3 lines and a tablet all new s25s ok credit nothing great. Good service ask for liz! Robertsdale al

Went to get a new phone plan, the staff was amazing and so kind. They were awesome to talk to while I was waiting for my phone to update. Overall amazing experience, would 100% recommend. Phone plan was not that expensive as it also came with Netflix and Apple TV ! Again, amazing staff and great prices! Thank you again Stephen, Liz and Sunny!! Y’all did great!

Try to scam me . Told me if I don’t upgrade they will cancel my plan 😢 u guys wrong for that. I was paying $95 for a Wi-Fi the want me to upgrade to $160 bad place …..all I want it’s just to replace the wifi Box cause it was not working.

My wife and I visited the T-Moble located at 21187 STATE HIGHWAY 59 ROBERTSDALE, AL 36567-6740 and was helped by Manager Liz, she solved our phone issue and provided 5 star service. The staff are friendly and extremely professional. My wife & I both highly recommend T-MOBILE and this store

My sim card quit working on my straight talk phone. I went in T mobile at their robertsdale location and Cassidy helped me. She was absolutely AMAZING. We had a quite a few issues and she was patient and really helped me out. There was also a manager named Eric there who was helpful as well. Even with all the hiccups we had I still rate my experience a 10/10! Cassidy does not get paid nearly enough for all she had to do to help me!
