Jordan in delivery, last night decided that she would lie repeatedly to me and speak to me very disrespectfully, as I called to ask a question about my delivery order. She said she wasn't doing anymore deliveries and was done working for the night (it was 8:30pm, and my delivery order was being shopped), she said she didn't know the answer to my simple question and directed me to call customer service, she said no one else was there to answer my question (lie), I asked where the mgr. was, she said she is the only mgr. (lie), she said she didn't have time that she was too busy, yet she had just stated she was finished for the night (lie). I asked for the store mgr., on duty, several minutes later a very young man picked up and after I started speaking, he said I don't work in delivery, I'm not a mgr., I work in unloading and that Jordan had asked him to speak to me and basically pretend he was the on duty store mgr. That's beyond ridiculous and highly manipulative, and the only reason she would pull that stunt is because she knew she had lied to me repeatedly and been incredibly rude for no reason, even raising her shrill voice to me. She knows Walmart management and corporate don't tolerate those behaviors by their employees, and obviously she didn't want me to speak with any mgr. because she knows how awful and inappropriate she was. I choose to shop at this Walmart, I don't have to, I can shop anywhere, I order pickup, delivery and get a plethora of prescriptions filled there, and shop in the store several times a week. I spend a lot of money there because I want to, I have a great deal of respect for the employees, and have great interactions with employees from the cashiers, pharmacy, customer service, bakery deli, even Subway, and I won't be disrespected and lied to by an employee that I asked one, simple question that obviously she should know as that's the department she works in. There's more behind the reason that Jordan treated me so poorly, and apparently thought I would allow that behavior, but I won't embarrass her further by stating, why in an online review. I've contacted corporate and they will address her bizarre, unseemly behavior toward me. This is the type reason that people decide to shop elsewhere.

I have changed my review rating due to the ignorance of the Manager
Corporate needs to demote her!
She obviously wants to look good
For corporate, but lack of common sense is obvious
1. Fired one of the Best cashiers
2. Put a cashier back on floor after she was extremely rude to customer
And lounged at her
3.cell phone cashier, a boy
Talking rude to customer
4. Accusing a customer of stealing
And could not admit she was wrong

Mostly like any other walmart experience you will have. Only exception I noticed was there was only 1 entrance. The staff were genuinely helpful when asked and very friendly.
