I've seen good and bad reviews about this place. I decided to check it out for myself, and I am SO glad I did. Took my car there yesterday to get new tires put on and an alignment. My vehicle is driving so much smoother. It literally drives like it's brand new. Job well done, Rogersville Tire.

Very disappointed i come in for an alignment hour later come to pick it up just to find my side quarter panel bent out the guy who worked on my car started cussing me and was yelling it was like that I let him know that no sure was not like that I have pictures of all sides of my car before I take it in anywhere so the owner comes out more calm then the worker but was trying to see if id bite on him saying it was like that until I told him I have pics he also got loud and said u want me to fix it or not sent me down the road to his high schools buddy shop adams were the just glued it no even lined up with the other panel im vers sad and ppl beware of them.

Suppose to fix car this morning 8:30 . At 2:09 said they were behind and would fix it by this evening. Then owner just said he can't fix it but didn't call because didn't have phone number. The phone number was given to them when we left car!

If you value your Families life Do Not use this business. We have had 3 tires on different vehicles to shred in the past 2 years.The owner is very rude and unprofessional. They say they will call you back, but never do. Its a shame when you want to support small businesses, but they will not give decent service.As business owners ourselves we would NEVER treat our customers the way we got treated.Use at your own RISK.

I inquired about the price of a used tire. I made it clear that I wanted used and not new. Told me they'd have one tomorrow and proceeded to quote new tire prices. This is the exact scenario I was hoping wouldn't happen. A shady behind the back upsell. Not a place I'd recommend

Not sure but we took our car in and asked to have the brakes done and a left wheel hub installed. During the course they said that my sway bar ends and my tie rod ends needed to be replaced. Upon inspection of the automobile only one sway bar end on the left side and only one tie rod end on the right side were done. We were also charged for a TPMS sensor that the mechanic swore up and down he replaced but upon changing the tires and pulling the valve stem out there was no sensor in there; it just was never done. The mechanic told us that they could not replace the TPMS sensor for they were not reading however the mechanic we just took the car to got one from advance Auto parts and now everything works as it should. I'm not saying yay or nay but what I am saying is be careful. They seem like good people. Maybe the communication just needs to be a little clearer.
