“I went here about year ago for used tires on my equinox, they were great so of course I returned when my armada needed tires. I have two young kids so safety is my first priority. I had my two front switched to the back and purchased 2 used for the front, all looked great but one tire blew out, I’m unsure what caused it. I called the next day and they were quick at getting me new tires put on again, even went above and beyond coming out to my place since I had it towed and no way to bring it. Will be returning in the future and appreciate the kind and fast service.”

“This group of people and M&N are absolutely great!! (Hunter) found me no problem wrecked off the edge of a mountain with minimal instruction in the middle of the night. Got there in literally 7 to 10 minutes. Got me towed and got me to a hotel to be picked up the next day. (Jamie) picked me up the next day bright and early and got me and my car back home nearly an hour away. Both of these employees were hands down the most professional people I've encountered on the road (and I've encountered many with my job). I'll only call M&N if I need any help in the Russellville area. No other company out there even competes. Thanks y'all!!”

“This spring I was traveling back to Minnesota through Alabama with my 92-year old father when the Oil Change light on my RV came on. Not wanting to drive 1,000 miles home with dirty oil, I called several places to see if they could change the oil for me, but all of them were booked for several days. I noticed M & G Auto in Russellville and stopped in and talked with Mike. He was busy, but agreed to help me out. He changed the oil and filter right way and even put air in the tires. He could have charged me a fortune for his work, but his charge was less than my typical oil change! He was very nice, exceptionally kind and I will forever be grateful to him for helping me out.Service: Oil change”

“So far so good. Ford dealer for a lead frame replacement in the transmission gave me estimate of $2,200 , transmission shop in Florence gave me estimate of $1,200 with wait of 3 months b4 truck could be gotten to for the repair & parts & Keith’s automotive has said they will begin work on the truck tomorrow & have the lead frame in stock and for parts plus labor will be $752. I’m dropping truck off now and will see how it goes.”

“The guys here don't do a hard sell and they actually seem to care about the customer. I generally get used tires because I really can't afford new ones and $35 for a good used tire is pretty good with the service that comes with it. If they look to find you the right tire for your car and that tire turns out not to be a good one (basically good as a spare only), they'll actually talk you out of it and let them fix your existing tire saving you even more money.They are quick, efficient and hungry... literally hungry as the employees work while they're eating because they don't seem to have a real lunch break. While that sounds bad, have you ever been to a business that basically shuts down when the employees are at lunch or on a break? I have and many times. Take Walmarts Pharmacy as you have an emergency and little time to get your med's. But when you get there, they're closed for lunch and you don't have the time to wait for them to open or to come back later. Things like that are a hassle and I'd rather the employees eat at the pharmacy and still be working than for the entire thing to be closed for an hour or so.While I feel for the workers, for the customer this is great as I've never had a long wait time even when the place was full up with customers.”
