“I am not in Muscle Shoals often and I rarely know when I will be over there. I stopped in randomly and asked about a piece that needed replacing on my Toyota Sienna. They got my van right in without an appointment. When the part came in, I ran over to see if they could work it in—on a Friday—and they did! I am very grateful for the prompt service and smiling, kind staff!”

“This is the best Hyundai dealership with the best customer service! The engine started going bad in my Santa Fe Sport on Sunday, had it towed to Greenway Hyundai on Monday, on Tuesday they had the diagnosis & the approval for a new free engine, and by Friday I was able to pick it up. I cant thank them all enough! Jessica the case manager is so nice. They truly care about their customers, and I am so thankful for them.”

“I have visited this location on several occasions, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize two employees in particular. Unfortunately, I do not know his name because every time I see him, he is constantly moving and working. He is a tall, slender African American employee who consistently demonstrates an exceptional work ethic as well as another employee name Austin.
During every visit, I have observed them working tirelessly, often handling multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring customers are taken care of. Most recently, during my last visit, they were working in the heat, sweating and staying focused on getting the job done while others appeared far less engaged. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to work hard have stood out to me every single time I have been at the store.
Employees like them are a major asset to any company and deserve to be recognized for their efforts. It is rare to see someone consistently give 100% every time they are on the job, and their commitment does not go unnoticed by customers.
I would also encourage management to take a closer look at how employees and customers are treated. As a customer, I have personally observed situations that appeared inconsistent and concerning, particularly regarding how some Black customers were treated compared to others. I believe every customer deserves the same level of respect, attention, and service regardless of race.
My main reason for writing this review is to ensure that these hardworking men receive the recognition they deserve. Their work ethic, dedication, and professionalism reflect positively on Southern Tire Mart, and I hope management and corporate leadership take notice of the value they bring to the team.”
“The guys were all super nice, waiting area was nice and clean. The reason I didn't give it a 5 stars is I had my appointment at 9:30 and didn't leave until noon, also they forgot to put the sticker until the next oil change.Services: Tire rotations”
“They fill the gas up for you so you don't have to and they have good food and coffee and clean restrooms and stuff like that and they also are open 24 hours which is convenient for those that drive overnight especially the truck drivers and etc and also the people that work overnight.”
