My husband and I were in this store a few days ago this is the second time themanager Casey messed up my phone I won't be back I'm switching my family and my brothers family to Spectrum when I pointed out the mistake she made on my phone she became angry i asked her to please do what i asked in the first place she got rude and said its above my pay grade i didn't have to help you im busy i said we will not be back im calling your corporate office she snickered with the other young gal and were whispering things to which made my husband uncomfortableWe are Muslim and they were making racial remarks that we could only hear bits of they were laughing at us and other customers were watching and shaking their heads they shouldnt work with the public racial remarks should not be tolerated we will never be back and we are telling everyone we know how rasist this store has become we are very upset how dare her talk about and laugh about our religion we are taking this to the appropriate officials

The manager cassey, made discriminating remarks towards me and my family and other customers assuming we didn't know English I felt uncomfortable an offended!!!! Racial profiling is illegal also against the law righteously I should take legal action I've never felt more embarrassed an disrespected because of my race..

Carrie made me feel so welcomed helped my mamaw save $30 on her bill was so patient with us. Hannah brought out a chair for mamaw to sit and talked with us she has a beautiful heart. Wonderfully sweet team!

I’m only giving it three stars because the sweet Hispanic girl helped me on my device and was very informative about my service. Overall, won’t go back I rather pay my service online or call customer service. Not only that, the place smelled like Marlboro menthols should’ve just went to the trailer park if I wanted to reminisce that smell. Lord someone call uncle Billy this place needs remodeling big time!

My father went in to pay his phone the blonde girl was very nice to my father but then the dark hair lady was being rude and my father doesn’t understand to much English but he knew she was being disrespectful to the blonde girl I really hope the dark hair girl gets fired or anything I don’t think that’s a way to treat a employee

Roscha (if that’s how you spell her name) was VERY unprofessional. She pushed us to the side while we waited over an hour. She didn’t even know how to work my iPhone. She took another customer instead of staying in contact with a representative to figure out our problem. She then zeros out my SIM card and calls a repair store to tell them my SIM card tray was the problem. All that man had to do was put my SIM card in properly and my phone worked. I will never go back to that store. Also she was extremely rude to her coworker, Cassie, Infront of multiple customers. Y’all should reevaluate who you allow to manage your stores because she makes your company look very poor and unprofessional. Cassie was very polite and kind.

I think it’s tacky that there are no chairs for customers when the process a long time the workers are very helpful they smile and are energetic however there’s this one guy who thinks he can speak Spanish but he really can’t and he’s confusing I had to bring in my nephew to translate however it’s very tacky there are no chairs for customers or even the workers because everyone needs a break especially after working a hard day outside I came in to activate my line but had issues with the translator and issues with no chairs. I hope it better
