We have a Female Postal employee and I deliver our Mail. Is it a usual practice for post personal to blow their horn in your driveway to come get mail that is delivered to you? She does this frequently .she says she has back issues and was told to honk twice for resident to come and get their mail... I am not always available to do this... I would appreciate if she put on porch Or near mailbox Thank You

Decent enough post office just off of Interstate 10. I was able to get in and get my package in the mail and get back on the road.All in all, not a bad post office and I was able to get my package in the mail. However, be advised that they move very slowly and offering any customer service is definitely not a priority. I waited a few minutes for two employees to stop talking to begin to assist me and then after I paid and my receipt was dangling on the machine after paying, the person at the desk still felt it more important to stand up and stretch and and look at her phone than take the split second to hand me my receipt.

St Elmo post office is not my P.O. but I go there to avoid the Grand Bay P.O. It is much friendlier and she cares.

Rude Rude and RUDE. The lady behind the desk has a terrible HATEFUL attitude and there is always something not working when I go in. I will not be visiting anymore. They Need to close this location!

Not my favorite USPS location, as they aren't very fast or friendly. I've been here twice in a week and everyone was grumpy.

Love the ease with getting to it. I live right across the street from it. Love Vonda she is real nice and helpful. Also have a post office box too.

Having prepaid packages always makes it easier to get in and out in a matter of seconds... ahead of everyone else in line. This place was super busy too.
