I come here often, their meat prices are awesome and there are some other really great deals. I don’t usually write reviews, but today I accidentally walked out without my eggs. The cashier ran out to the parking lot and gave my eggs to me! No where else would the cashier even think twice about trying to help solve this little problem. Today Jaime saved me from being sad I left behind 7$ worth of eggs, and a trip back to the store once I got home and realized I left a bag. Thank you to Jaime and thank you to Samson grocery outlet for keeping good people working!

I am a disabled veteran and I visited this location on November 9th with my service dog. I didn't put his vest on him because I wasn't going to be in the store that long and it's not required by law according to ADA. As I walk in I was met by a cashier that told me that my dog needed his vest, I told her it was not required by law. She said she had to check with her manager, this was about 12:30 pm. When she came back, she said it was ok and I showed her the do's and don'ts of a service dog straight from the ADA website and she thank me. I went on with my shopping and about 2 or 3 minutes into my shopping the manager walks up behind me and my dog (keep in mind he is still in training) and startles me and my dog, he sticks his hand out to pet my dog and then pulls his hand back away from him causing him to jump up.
The manager then proceeds to tell me that I have to take my dog outside because he jumped on him. The manager provoked my dog and when I called him out he smirked and said he did not. According to ADA I have to be able to get my dog under control, which I did. However, the manager threatened to call the police on me for calling him out for provoking my dog and proving him wrong on requiring a vest for my dog. He again threatened to call the police and I told him to go ahead and I then called him an ass for treating my dog this way and again he reached for his phone to call the police on me. By this point we were at the front of the store and he told one of the cashiers to call the police on me as I was walking out the door with my dog. If this is how they treat the veterans and their service dogs then I won't be shopping in that store again. I will be driving to Geneva to frequent the Piggly Wiggly. Veterans with service dogs beware of the managers of this location, I don't want the same thing to happen to you.

Fruits and vegetables just don't ripen well and they're mushy within 2 days. I don't understand why.

The lady at the front of the store talking rudely to customers sure needs some more training or something. Went in to grab a few tobacco products and got in line where the products are. Waiting my turn the lady very loudly INSISTED I use a different checkout. Problem is I had no idea what products you guys sell or what you had so how was I to see what I wanted if I’m three lines down? I instead walked out deciding to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Love this store but that lady needs better training or something.

Do not go in here and use WIC or food stamps, they will talk bad about you to the entire town and spread rumors. This is the most foolish and childish crap. I will never be going back in here again.

Prices are good but the cashier staff is very unfriendly. I spend Hundreds a week there and get attitude from every cashier. They don't acknowledge you or they talk over you with other staff. Rudely tell you the amount of purchase and continue to ignore you. No hello or have a nice day. Just attitude or completely ignore you. Been in several times a week with the same experience. Almost to the point I will glady drive to Walmart instead of dealing with unfriendly cashiers.
