Male worker was useless. Played on his phone while we were talking to him. Unable to assist us at all. Rude behavior. Left the store and will be going to Verizon.

I went in this store last Friday with Note 20 Ultra that was have a Black screen issue. I need to decide whether or not to have the phone fixed or replaced. The lady that was helping me looked up all my information and said I was eligible for an upgrade. She told me because she couldn't get the screen to come on that she could only give an $800 trade-in but it would be $1000 trade-in if the screen worked. So I took the trade-in for $800 instead of claiming the insurance to get the screen fixed. She told me I could take the phone to see if I could retrieve my pictures and stuff off the phone at the I-Phone Guy in Saraland. I come back today to turn the phone in and so now she can give me any thing for the phone because it can't get the screen to come on. This was the issue to begin with "Black Screen". The lady I talked to last Friday and today is the Manager of the store.I have been doing business with this store since 2003 with very little issues until now. I have been a customer of AT&T since 1998 with the same phone number as well.....

Horrible customer service. I went in due to connectivity issues I had been experiencing for 48 hours. I spoke with the representative and she said she would have to charge me for a SIM card replacement despite my connectivity being an ATT issue. I immediately called customer service and they said the store should have given me a new card free of charge as that is AT&T's policy. she did not aplogize for the issues and was extremly short. Then proceeded to get on a personal call.
