“I have been a customer of Jeff's for a number of years. He has provided excellent service every time we have needed him.
He is prompt and very helpful. The most recent incident occurred last week when a rock hit my windshield while I was on the highway in Florida. I called Jeff and he immediately sent me the pertinent phone info and made an appt for a Safelite store in Panama City. I showed up and had the work done in less than an hour. The entire process from my conversation with Jeff to Safelite replacing the windshield was as seamless as I could have imagined. Thanks Jeff and State Farm for great service.”
