“We had a flat tire and they were the ONLY tire shop in 30 miles that had tire and they waited for us to get here 3 minutes before closing. Being from out of state, it was a huge huge relief. Betsy was a gem of a person and even let us chill inside while she did closing duties and the tech switched the tire out. Can’t thank her and the gentleman that waited for us enough.”
“Not the stores fault, but I ordered 4 tires and scheduled an appointment to have them put on. I called to make sure they were there was assured that they were. I arrived an hour early for my appointment which the manager said was perfect. I arrived and was told that it would be an hour an half to put them on. No worries.An hour later, the manager told me that only 3 of my tires came in. He apologized and stated that it was an error on the online side. Again, wasn't mad. Tired? yes. Mad? no.They told me they were sorry which I believed and they put 3 tires on, and I have to return tomorrow after I call and make sure the tire arrived.Good customer service. It was not there fault. It's totally my bad for buying them and having them delivered during Christmas.They couldn't have been more apologetic or gracious.Even though this is my issue, I would definitely use them again.”
