Cashier was rude. Had to wait for service. No greeting. She made comments about Mardi gras that was distasteful. Assumed we participated in it. Weird.

I have been shopping at Cato's for years and really like their clothes and jewelry. However I had not been in Cato for some time. After brownies for a bit I realized the clothing was pretty much the same but the prices were extremely high. Needless to say I did not purchase anything.

Stood outside the store for 10 minutes after the opening time waiting for someone to come open the doors. As we started walking back towards our car, two women who had been sitting in the parking lot the whole time got out and unlocked the store. We decided not to go in after that.

Wonderful experience. The store is clean and have signs about social distancing, they have a sanitize station at the door and sanitizer at the counter. Customer service was great. Very pleasant.
