Booked 13 rooms here for work at the military base for staff at $107 per night. Got a call that they were cancelling all of the rooms. Because of Mardi Gras the rate changed to over $300 per night. Price gouging at its finest. Just want to say Mardi Gras is only once a year where we would be bringing you business of 13+ rooms a month working on the military base.

Noise Noise Noise ! The road noise was HORRIBLE! This was super loud. I’m a heavy sleeper and even with EarPods the noise was bad. In addition to that, someone booked a room for a birthday party (which isn’t allowed per the front desk) and the kids were allowed to run up and down the halls and elevators making noise and disturbing guests. We were offered a different room but it was next to the party room so we declined. Terrible idea! We were not able to sleep thanks to all the noise and disturbances. I complained to the front desk. The next morning we checked out and was asked “how was your stay” and I was very honest. They said they can’t control noise but we were put on the noisy side of the hotel even though it wasn’t full. I asked why wouldn’t they use better rooms until they had no choice and they said “because it’s faster to just check people in by what ever comes up first”. So they knew this would be a problem but didn’t care. The absolute worst Choice Hotel I have stayed at in many years. I’m thankful we only booked one night. We won’t stay here again and I don’t recommend it.

The staff was very professional and kind. We felt like we were family. Our grandson left his silver necklace there - we had not yet realized that we left it - and they called to tell us they had it at the front desk. We were able to pick it up on our way back from our vacation. When we returned Ms. Diana was happy that we made it back and while we waited to meet family, made a fresh pot of coffee! We enjoyed her company!! We definitely recommend this hotel!!Rooms: The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space for our family.

I chose this hotel, because I had stayed in another hotel in Mobile previously and had not enjoyed the experience much. This hotel was such a great choice! The hotel was clean and updated. Our room was roomy, comfortable, and updated. I rarely take a bath in a hotel room, but this tub was literally so new and so clean that I allowed myself that luxury. Wonderful room! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The staff is ALWAYS CLEANING. This place is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. We checked in at 11pm and when we were bringing our bags back in, the guy at the front desk was immediately wiping down the counter, credit card reader, and everything we touched. At check in he immediately offered extra sheets and pillows for the pull out couch, also. When we entered the hallway on the 3rd floor, it smelled amazing. We got to our room, and were happy to see that it was really spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless and fully stocked with big bath sheets, face towels, etc. Although we didn't swim, the pool looked clean as can be as well. The breakfast attendant the next morning did a phenomenal job at keeping all the food fully stocked and everything clean. They served biscuits, breakfast sausage, eggs, cereal, assorted baked goods(muffins and the like), etc. The typical things you expect for a good hotel breakfast. The staff and the guests were all so friendly, chit chatting with each other over breakfast. We were greeted every time we walked in the door, and told goodbye every time we left.We won't stay at any other hotel in the area from this point forward. If I could give this hotel 100 star rating, I would. They deserve the award they display behind the front desk!Oh! And there are outlets to charge devices literally all over the room. Plenty of plug in spots.Rooms: The beds are to die for. We loved them. There are plenty of outlets all over the room, and its very spacious.Safety: We felt very safe here. Front desk is never unoccupied and cameras all over exterior.Walkability: There are stores and restaurants within walking distance.Food & drinks: Restaurants everywhere.Breakfast was great.Vending machines and working ice makers on every floor.Noteworthy details: Everyone is so friendly and quick to help. The male front desk attendant at night even went out of his way to walk us up some pillows, despite the fact that we had to go back down anyways and grab our luggage.

We arrived for a planned 2 night stay to a hotel that we used years ago. This visit was by far the worse experience ever. Dirty carpet in the elevator and hallway, roaches in our room, dirty linen on the beds, filthy sofa and the toilet was dirty along with the shower. When we spoke with the manager/owner (Neal Patel) on Monday he accused us of being high maintenance. Cleanliness should be a standard when it comes to hotels but maybe I’m mistaken. He was rude and accusatory. I also reported this hotel to Choice hotels corporate office. Do not stay here?

I travel for work nearly every weekend and have stayed here several times. The last time I stayed, about two weeks ago, my suite had mold.I checked into the hotel late on a Saturday night and after unloading my luggage, I discovered that the toilet didn’t work. I was too tired to do anything at this point so I decided to stay in this suite with the broken toilet. The next morning, I told the front desk and they offered to move me since I was staying over.As soon as I got to this second suite, there was a very strong musty smell. Being that I had already moved once, I didn’t want to move again and reasoned that this was just how the suite smelled. I attempted to get some work done but I began to feel very unwell which was unusual since I had just been feeling fine. I started looking at the furniture. The couch, the office chair, the ottoman even THE WALL had mold!!The lady at the front desk showed concern. She came upstairs, confirmed what I already knew and provided another suite key. This issue has been brought to the attention of the general manager and corporate however I don’t feel that the response was adequate and I have yet to get a call back as promised. As a paying customer, a “Diamond Elite” member at that, I am disappointed in the mold and also the blatant lack of consideration for my health& safety, time and money.
