They were so nice! I had been on the road all day from South Carolina to Mobile, Alabama. I walked in for a take out order to go back to my hotel room, they were busy, so it did take a little bit to get someone out, but that is understandable. The lady at the front talked to me in-between customers until I got my food, I was on this trip by myself and was glad to be out of my truck and for the company. They went out of their way to figure out how to get me extra salt without having to give me 20 utensil packets! I'd rate this Cracker Barrel higher than most!!

I've been to plenty a cracker barrels before, but for 7pm on a Tuesday service sure was slow for not many people being here... I love how the interior is literally different from any other cracker barrel I've been throughout the states, and the seating area is more open compared to others. I know it's new and there's still kinks to probably work out, but service timing would be the main concern. Everything else was pretty great.

At 3:50 pm my husband and myself walk out of this restaurant. We walk in and was seated at table and sat there for 20mins with NOONE coming to even ask if needed water let alone order food. Workers passing by like we weren't even sitting there. THANKS FOR

The turnip greens had a weird taste and the meatloaf had no seasonings, I believe breakfast is the way to go, I have never had a bad breakfast, the other items are hit and miss.

Ordered 2hrs ahead of the time I got off work…. Order was cancelled at 10:21…called the store to figure out why… at the least a credit…. Most all good places are closed at 9 hence me ordering well ahead of time… the person I talked to at the Saraland location just said I’m not sure why it was canceled… but I can refund you…. I said I can refund myself for not receiving the food I paid for. Do not order anything to be delivered from here… they don’t stand by they’re 3rd party delivery service or care about your inconvenience.

Our food was terrible. We sent our steak back that was raw and they brought it back out raw so I just told her don’t worry about taking it back again. Then my husband was eating his fried country steak and noticed it was tasting weird and looked down they had fried it with some kind of paper on it! Half of my hamburger steak was cold like frozen the other half was like warm. We didn’t even get to eat our food and for almost 70.00 we was so disappointed!

I went on a Saturday morning and I was there for 7:30 I had the Mama's pancake breakfast and the pancakes was cold like if they just came out the refrigerator I was not the only customer that complained that my food was cold the cashier told me it was about three other customer said their food was cold as well this. Was my second time going to this Cracker Barrel the first visit I ordered meatloaf which was good greens which was too watery the beans scotch the cornbread old and dried. Cracker Barrel food I've always been good but this time my two visits in Saraland Alabama was the worst I ever had at Cracker Barrel thank you
