Went in for a wax about 20-30 minutes before closing, as soon as I walked in I wasn't greeted, just told "we're closed" so hours were not honored.

This place was right on time. I Google nearest nail salon and ended up at one down the street 1st but they were so busy and unattenative so I called Eva Nails and seline told me to come right in. It was only 5 mins away from the nail salon. I told them I had to be on the ship by 12 and they were on it. Thank you so much for your professionalism and taking care of me befor my cruise.Highly recommend

Will never go to this place again! They charged me twice for a full set a pedicure. They saw proof of the charges and still declined to give me back what they took. I paid 90.00 but they stole an additional 90.00 out of my account. It was the old lady at the machine that no one can understand that ran my card twice and I even told the woman and she acted as if she didn’t understand. Selena was the young lady I spoke with trying to get my money back and all I got were flat out excuses. Then her and that rude male mail tech proceeded to talk about me in their language like google translate didn’t work that day for me. If you go to this place please take CASH ONLY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!Services: Acrylic nails

DO NOT COME HERE!!!I came here on Friday to get my nails done and the male nail tech said that he could do my nails exactly like the picture. Of course I got excited but once he began filing/drilling my nails, I saw blood. He tried to hide it but I saw it. I let it slide since I had never been here before, but after that the process went smoothly. The problem arose the next day when I woke up. MY NAILS WERE HURTING. It is Monday and my nails are still hurting. If you decide to get your nails done, please go to Mrs.Kim

This weekend I went here to get my nails done thinking everything was going to go good . Everything started off bad when two employees where drilling and filing my nails , they where cutting my fingers causing Me to continuously jump back . When it came down to the color I wanted they said that they could do it , I showed them the picture many times of what I wanted and which was two colors blended . The colors where not blending they looked like two colors just on top of each other sloppy . It looked Nothing like the picture. Not only was my nails not done correctly but after I woke up my nails where in pain I tried everything to stop the pain it's now been a few days and the pain is still in my fingers which I don't think is normalServices: Acrylic nails

I took my teen daughter here to have her nails done. She's never calm enough to sit anywhere alone, she felt so comfortable here, she was able to stay and have her service done while I ran errands. Super friendly and they did an amazing job. Best work yet! We'll both be returning.Service: Acrylic nails
