I used my warranty to get several areas repainted that had peeled since my last paint job here 2 years ago. They did a fun job of blending those areas and making my car look new again. I still had to pay $500 but that's much less than a brand new paint job!

Worst paint job ever. Overspray all over car and tires. You can see where they sanded on the roof. Painted over window gaskets. Tape stuck under bright work or chunks of paint by trim. Interior full of paint dust. Manager blew off my concerns and i refused to sign satisfaction statement. Terrible experience. In 1970 Earl Scheib for $39.95 did a cleaner job.

The staff is very courteous but I was not happy with two things: They missed an area on my rear wheel well and they would not accept a business check which cost me extra due to credit card charges. I now have to make another trip to Maaco in saraland so they can touch up area that was missed. It’s 45 minutes drive one way so basically a half day is tied up due to oversight.

I'm fine with the paint color that I have now even though it doesn't look like the color that I picked originally.
Upon receiving my car back the battery was dead, paint was on my windows on the chrome and the dust from the paint is also on a pair of my sunglasses that I had sitting on the back seat of the car. Excess paint on and around the sunroof's rubber seal and the glass. Overall the paint job was as if babies painted on it with no supervision. I took my car to professionals I though. I've never had results like this before. Very unprofessional! I even feel a rating of 2 was generous.

My 2006 car looks brand new. I got a quote online and then Rebecca called me and I brought my car in and she was very helpful in choosing what I needed. I dropped my car off with Will and he was great. My car had numerous dents add did not look good. They fixed the dents, got rust off my windshield wipers and painted them, and now my car looks brand new. Very satisfied. Rebecca, Will, and everyone who touched my car did a fantastic job
