It was a trip due to straight talks b.s. I would like to say that Shakeria was a patient, kind, knowledgeable young woman! We spent over 2 hrs in that store (again due to straight talks b.s). Shakeria, kept her composure and helped us through the drama with ignorant people! I love that young lady's work ethic and calm demeanor, she really could teach a class! If you are trying to switch or just looking for a new cell company this is the company and Shakeria's Metro is the place. Also, I would like to say that her boss Sarah was extremely helpful and they both were sensitive to the situation!

The customer service is fine but we just made the switch from lgk20 plus to the Alcatel 7 and was by far the worse decision ever .. Alcatel has God awful service and steady glitches
