Just walked in and asked for black French tip square nails and the lady proceeded to round my tips and when I said something she lies to my face and says I showed her round pink nails and said she was going to charge extra for changing my mind! I’ve never wanted pink nails before and Ive had this picture on my phone for weeks now planning my birthday. So now for my birthday weekend I have ruined nails from having to rip off my tips myself. I should’ve paid attention to the reviews.

I don't like leaving unfavorable reviews, but feel the need to help prevent someone else from the problems that have arisen from my experience with this place. The first visit was just ok. It was the first time having my nails done in a while, so we started with s&s. I wasn't especially happy with the way they turned out, but I figured it was just because it was a new set and a couple of the tips were crooked. After a week, the s&s had turned loose and were coming off. I went back and had the rest of them soaked off to have acrylic nails. The man who did my nails was such a potty mouth, ranting about his neighbors the whole time. I didn't mind too terribly, but the acrylic was way too thick and my nails looked lumpy. Again, I thought it was because it was a new set. When I returned for a fill in, I had air pockets and lifting really bad. I could see some discoloration under a couple of the lifted nails. When I brought this to the attention of the technician, she said that next time, we "probably need to soak them off and do a new set." Instead of removing the air pockets and repairing the acrylic, she continued with a regular fill in. A week later, I went to a different salon to have those thick, unnatural nails removed to find that I had nail fungus on 4 nails on my right hand. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I don't think you'll be "Happily Ever After".

Very messy, does not clean in between client, and rushed many people's services while I was there. And nails came out awful and very messy. Nail polish is all over my cuticles and nails are shaped uneven.

The worse SNS job ever. Not worth the $52.00 I paid. They act like I was a bother for even patronizing their establishment. Will never go back. Should've listen to my coworker when she stated she had a bad experience.

Beyond satisfied with my service, both the attention to detail and speed. The shop was relaxing the day I visited with Christmas music and other selections. Happy visit!

I went there for the second time Thursday October 12th, I told theme I was getting married the next day, I wanted a full set there is nothing posted about what kind of nails they do. And I wanted a French manicure and I wanted them to look natural. The girl who did my nail butchered my skin with the drill. And was very inexperienced, not what a bride wants they more worried about the Saraland football star that came in young teens running around and my nails looked anything but natural no one asked what I wanted or told me about their services they knew I was mad yet looked at me like the bad experience was my fault. The whole experience is not the nail salon experience you hope hope for the day before your wedding. Was way over priced for what they do. I will not be going back

Monday I went and got the vip pedicure. The guy doing my feet kept sniffing, his nose was running real bad. In the middle of it he says excuse me I have to go blow my nose. He came back and said “don’t worry I’m not sick I think there was dust on my ceiling fan.” Well low and behold I woke up today with a sore throat. Pretty sure this guy was sick and touching peoples hands and feet. Make your employees stay home if they are sick. They don’t need to go to work touching people.

Walked in and signed in for SNS, was skipped over by another customer after waiting 10 minutes. When finally taken back, was brought a bowl to soak off my nails. She then drilled off my nail, burning me with the drill. Because she burnt me with the drill, I was told to continue soaking off my own nails. The nail tech was very aggressive and rude the entire time. When I pointed out that the bowl was empty she aggressively splashed acetone all over me while adding it to the bowl. I offered to pay for soaking my own nails off and left. I will never go back! Went to another local nail salon where they were happy to fix the mess this salon had made for me.

Racist . Allowed white lady to go before me without an appointment and I was waiting 15-20 min before she was even there . Then asked me if I was waiting for someone? I just told y’all 15-20 minutes ago that I need acrylic nails and y’all told me it wouldn’t be long . If I could give 0000 stars I would . Would not recommend ! . Decent nail salon but if there’s white people in there they gonna get them in first cos they think they’re going to get more tip . Meanwhile I always tip good !

I am honestly so upset by this experience. I went there for a gel mani pedi and an eyebrow wax. The guy who did my pedicure didn't do the best job and was just talking and turning away the entire time. It look way longer than any pedicure should, and results do not reflect it. Then came time for the manicure, it looks horrible. It was sloppily put on and there are bumps in the polish. I then went to get my eyebrows done. This is the most upsetting part. Half of my left eyebrow is almost gone. They aren't shaped or anything! They don't fit my face at all and they are super thin with no arch. I have absolutely beautiful natural eyebrows and they just needed a little bit of cleanup. She rushed the whole thing as well. I have been crying all day because of how bad my eyebrows are and knowing that it will take a while for them to grow back. Horrible experience and I will not be coming back!Services: Manicure

The owner/manager son was rude to me while he was giving me a pedicure I felt uncomfortable in the chair the whole time. He would shake his head while doing my pedicure which made me feel insecure about my feet the whole experience was horrible.Services: Pedicure
