This pharmacy routinely blocks access to medication based upon patient information that they were never given the consent to have. Also, despite there are absolutely no laws to support the action, the pharmacist routinely denies medication fills when they are medically appropriate.

They Didn't have medication I needed in stock so the just threw away the escript multiple times. Took 2 days of constant calling the pharmacy, then calling my Doctor, then back to the pharmacy. Finally Hopefully I'll get my meds.6 DAYS WITHOUT PAIN MEDS AFTER LOW BACK SURGERY...

TOO SLOW AN NEVER HAVE YOUR MEDS READY WHEN YOU CALL THEM IN THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY READY AN NEVER BE FILLED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL....I DON'T USE THEM I HAD TO DO A PICK UP FOR MY HUSBAND....IM A WALGREENS MEMBER?

I wish I could give 0 stars. The customer service is horrible, they do not answer the phone, takes 5+ hours to have a prescription of 7 pills filled. I will be taking my prescriptions somewhere else in the future.

Usually nice staff in person...on the phone they are rude. Inefficient. Scripts say they are ready but once you get to store--they aren't. Payment is never right.

This is the most inefficient pharmacy I have ever seen. The pharmacists and technicians made DMV employees seem polite and highly efficient. I called in my scrip at 9am for a 12pm pickup. Arrived at 1230pm, left with prescription at 105pm. Only 5-6 people in front of me. The employees seemed to wander around slack jawed, as if they had been sampling the goods behind the counter while the line steadily grew and everyone became more frustrated. Another good reason to stay out of Walmart.
