Had an issue with some pressure on the self serve car wash bay, and after calling they arrived quickly and resolved the issue, and refunded me. Awesome customer service and a great experience here. I've taken my cars here for years!

The absolute best in north Mobile. Blue Moose changed owners and no longer do 1/2 off on Tuesday and they stopped offering several other things that discouraged me from going there again. Don’t even waste your time with Caliber across from Saraland Walmart. It’s so bad I can’t even begin because there’s a character limit on here. And don’t even get me started on Rich’s. Palm Breeze is by far, the best for the money. Highly recommended.

The self serve part is pathetic. The intial charge is $2.50 for 4 minutes then each additional 20 seconds is 25 cents. I used the bay next to the auto wash and half of the modes didn’t even work. I ended up haveing to lose an additional $2 because it ate my change just trying to get the machine started to finish washing the soap off my truck because the time definitely runs faster then average .

The guys working the carwash are friendly. The monthly package deal is a GREAT price at only $14.95. that is for the basic carwash but my gosh!! You can't beat that considering everywhere changes around $7 per carwash. Not to mention, you can go every day if you want and it's only $14.95 per month. **Just want to add that the price could change obviously, but it has been the same consistently for the past few months**?
