The best experience ever! He was fast, knowledgeable and very courteous! He was fast at getting me what I needed but very patient in answering every question! I left the store 100% satisfied with a 15 pro max working just like I needed it to. Didn't have to worry or do anything!

The team at the Scottsboro, AL store was phenomenal. They were kind and considerate. The manager even made sure my transfer of data to the new phone was complete before I left. It did take a while to complete but that's to be expected. We even had a good conversation that distracted from the how long the transfer was taking. Easy transaction too.

Main problem is the service. I bout a $1,000 phone and then paid $60 for a screen protector. The salesperson was having problems getting all of the air bubbles out from under the protector. After 30 minutes it was closing time so I said I will bring it back the next day. The edges wouldn't stay down the next day so the manager pulled back the screen, wet it and handed it back. Said this isn't acceptable I would like a new one. Manager said we are out of them. Came back in a week. Still out of them. Few days later they put another one on and the same problem happened and I left very dissatisfied. I had to take screen protector off and after a few weeks I dropped by and they told my the warranty period had run out and they wanted $60 to put on a new one. I called there today and asked the name of the owner and they hung up. I called back and the manager answered and wasn't nice. I asked her if she spoke to all of her customers this way and she said only the rude ones. I asked what the store number is and she said it was on the door and hung up on me. Don't know how to resolve this with a manager that is Cleary not a people person. This was the first half of the problems I had visiting this store.
