“I've worked at NCI for almost 4 years. I've noticed a couple of bad reviews on here for NCI. The only response that I have for that is that it's a job. Part of being an adult is showing up for work and doing your job . The only reasons I've ever seen anyone fired from NCI is mostly for not showing up to do your job or being there and not doing your job. Their attendance policy is pretty much like any other company. All in all they've treated me well and I have no complaints otherwise I would not still be there.”
