“This is a local, family owned and operated budiness that I have used three times over the past 10 years. Not only have they performed A+ auto work, they put me in touch with a very reasonable rental car guy from whom I rented a car for the time my car was in the shop. Ted and Tina are a husband/wife team who worked WITH me instead of trying to rob me. All cost estimates were shown as clearly explained line items. In addition to insurance claims, I also had need for out-of-pocket body work on two occasions. I fully trust T&T Auto Body Shop with my vehicles.”

“I brought in my car today for some new tires (mine were dangerously worn out) and an oil change. I had to drop it off in a hurry to be able to get to work, and just hope that it could be done quickly so I could have it for the weekend.When I got there, Jim, came out to my car in the rain to check it out. It turned out they didn't have my tire size in stock. Instead of sending me somewhere else, he called another shop and was able to get the tires from them.They were able to get my car done with great customer service! “Called them at 7:30 AM about busted door glass, on my 2017 Dodge Journey. They located a glass picked it up and came to my house in Bridgeport, AL. By 10:45 they were finished installing a new glass in my car. Great service.”

“I've worked at NCI for almost 4 years. I've noticed a couple of bad reviews on here for NCI. The only response that I have for that is that it's a job. Part of being an adult is showing up for work and doing your job . The only reasons I've ever seen anyone fired from NCI is mostly for not showing up to do your job or being there and not doing your job. Their attendance policy is pretty much like any other company. All in all they've treated me well and I have no complaints otherwise I would not still be there.”

I found a 2006 G6 6-speed manual on car-part.com and called about ten places—Darren was the only one willing to ship, and he made it feel routine. One call to confirm, one text with what he needed, one email with my info (the car-guy version of “one bourbon, one scotch, one beer”), and the very next day the transmission was on its way from Alabama to Wisconsin.
