I met Mrs Debbie (I believe) today. She pointed out which color was on sale and showed the pricing charts without any sort of attitude (as it turns out, if it had been a snake..itd bit me lol). We chatted for awhile about what I did for a living and she thanked me for shopping there.Personable customer service makes a business.

Apparently a bag got left, lots of confusion while checking out with, apparently, a new person...all that is ok, but in confusion a bag was somehow left behind or set aside, drove back to Huntsville and keep trying to call....one ring and phone hangs up. That has been going on for 2 hrs now and is quote frustrating

I was down the street and stop by this place. The parking lot is very open. The place was not to big but it's definitely a hit or miss. I have was able to find some swim shoes for my son for $5 that was a steal. A lot of the stuff was older but definitely worth checking out.

Went to donate a small truck load yesterday. Started unloaded, only to be met with employees stating everything had to be boxed or bagged. We thought they were coming to help unload, as what we are used to. We had just put a large toaster oven in great condition in the bin and had to get it out. Even though 80% of our items were bagged or boxed already, they didn't want any of it. We took it to another Goodwill today and they were what we were accustomed to and had never heard of that kind of situation. Don't patronize this place. There are plenty others that actually want your business and donations.

This is my favorite store in town to shop. I have been going there for years but the last two times that I went, the store was so HOT that I was sweating. I usually stay at least an hour or two but it is miserable . Please adjust the thermostat to get us thru the summer.

Update: the entrie store has been redone and is now a lot nicer! No musty carpet anymore.Old review:November 2019 the air inside was moist. Stuff was really old. Of the two people on staff that day one was clearly extremely sick with a Severe Respiratory Infection. I found an old toy I could use as a prop for a fair price. I felt bad for having to pull the sick employee from their stocking duties to be rung up. That employee really should've be able to stay home for their own health and for the safety of the public but the system isn't perfect. She was so clearly ill that she would've been sent home from school.Wow okay so update- April 2021- my friend and I both got ill the week after encountering the sick employee. I'm not looking for an apology, I'm just updating..y'know considering the whole hand washing and mask wearing reality which immediately followed. That employee was literally a walking biohazard but we know better now.

The door donation hours are Monday-Saturday til 7p. At 6:35pm, my boyfriend and I just tried donating a couple boxes of name brand baby clothes, a flat screen tv (it does work and comes with a remote), a brand new crib mattress, and a baby floor rocker, but the donation door was locked. He walked in to ask the gals at the counter to unlock it and the lady furthest from him (I’m assuming the manager or lead) told the gal in front of him to say: “Tell them we are closed and that they can come back at 11am tomorrow when we open. I am NOT counting anything tonight.”The gal turned to my boyfriend and said “I’m sorry, but…” and my bf said don’t worry about it I heard her and walked out. Mind you, the donation hours say CLOSED on Sunday. So we would’ve been turned away then too.I know this might be petty to some, but I have spent HOURS over the last few weeks going through my daughter’s stuff making sure what I’m donating is quality and clean so another precious baby in the area can have nice things. And for her stuff to be turned away DURING hours is just a slap in the face. So now we are driving over an hour away to donate it to another place that is open later. So yeah. One star because I’ve been able to find stuff here, but no more than that because I’m sure there would probably be an even better selection if people’s donations were actually accepted.

Expect some Karen to run out the door and harass you every time you drop off donations at this location. “MA’AM, YOUR DONATIONS HAVE TO BE BAGGED”. I’m not using plastic bags just for it to get dumped into a bin together and sorted through.”MA’AM, IT’S AFTER 5PM WE’RE NOT ACCEPTING DONATIONS”. The sign on the door literally says “No donations after 7pm”. I’m convinced they just don’t want you donating here cause they’re too lazy to sort through it and do their job.
