I bought my truck and half the way home the check engine light came on and i scheduled them to look at it. It took them over a week just to look at my truck and then they didn't fix everything.

Went in yesterday and test drove an F150. Really liked it. Truck was priced way above Kelley Blue Book. Would not budge on price And said it was actually under priced and they were going to raise it tomorrow. They then tried to strong arm me into getting the truck on their terms even stating we have three test drives scheduled for tomorrow (which they didn't because I was the only one scheduled for tomorrow and came in early because I had time). After all this I asked to take a night to run the numbers and come back in the morning. They initially said yes and then changed their mind and said "I am not trying to strong arm you but if you walk out the door the price changes." They made the decision for me. Will never go back and never recommend them!

Did not get service at Harbin ...wanted to, but after those 75 questions at the Chevrolet office, that took way too long , I could have changed the oil myself by the time I got through with all that...sorry, but ..maybe next time

Went inside and stood there at the front desk for about 15 minutes. There were several employees speaking to each other behind the counter. After not being acknowledged for 15 minutes I turned around and walked out the door. They had customers in there sitting and waiting on their vehicles but I was the only customer standing at the counter. I understand being busy, but they could at least acknowledged me and told me they’d get to me when they could or something.

Just awesome, nothing I can say except AWESOME. The experience is just so easy, financing is a breeze and they have an extremely laid back attitude and it is just so easy to buy here. These guys here are so nice and so helpful they go above and beyond to help you. I will definitely be back to buy there, I don't think I would would like to go anywhere else.JUST EXTREMELY AWESOME!!!!!

Everything went well till I took delivery and noticed about five mimutes after leaving a dime-size chip in the CENTER of the windshield. Dealer all but called me a liar since no one had noticed it at the dealership. I will discourage anyone from dealing with Harbin Chevrolet. Oil and filter light came on before I got home. I guess the "rigid inspection" missed that too!!
