“They had some isles closed and staff was not easy to find for assistance. They did however have a good selection of merchandise. So if you show plan to be a while unless you know the store real well!! Update! Their sales people are SO HELPFUL!! I am disabled and have trouble walking, and Karen at the pro desk was SO NICE to me!! She searched the store for me a handicapped chair and brought it to me! See pic!”

“I just got home from visiting your Scottsboro location today. As we were waiting in line to check out, the cashier was talking to the customer as she was ringing up her items. I couldn't hear everything that was said, but your wonderful cashier (Felicia) has being extra nice to this lady and even came around the counter and gave this lady a big hug. They both had tears in thier eyes. When the customer left, I ask what was wrong. Felicia said her mother had passed away today. I am proud of Felicia and you should be too!”
