Went for the second time to get my propane tanks filled as I'm grabbing the tanks out of my truck 2 employees watch me walking towards the gate and close it as I'm getting close to the gate . I set my tanks outside and go in and the guy who closed the gate is at the counter and I said I need 2 propane tanks filled and he huffed and said you will have to wait till Monday we can't fill them. This is around 3:15 and yeah it's Saturday but they are open and I have gotten my tanks filled in Huntsville at 6 pm . Don't know why I went back but I made the mistake because this is the second time they have done this to me the first time was 10 am on a Saturday as well . Never had any issues with the Huntsville store must be a Scottsboro issue .

Nice store, lots of parking spaces, offers a different selection than other store chains, polite and helpful staff. Trees, plants, evergreens, lime, fertilizer and toys.

Brought back fence supplies bought yesterday. Got the wrong stuff and needed to replace it and get another $100 worth of supplies. Isaiah, the customer service person, seemed offended that I was returning something and was quite rude. The bag had some water on it and he acted like I handed him a soiled diaper.

I’ve been going to the pet wash station about once a week or so since it opened. At first it was great! Decently clean, well stocked, clean towels, easy to use. Used to have several different shampoo options as well as conditioner. Different attachments for the dryers. Now that it’s been open a couple months it’s been really let go. The last 3-4 times it was nasty in there. Clogged drains, hair and grim all over the walls and floors. Today was the last straw when there was blood all over the grooming table from what I assume was a pups nail cut too short. No clean towels. No conditioner. Only sensitive shampoo which is unscented. No bags in the trash can. Missing dryer attachments.

I enjoy going shopping at this tractor supply store. I buy alot of my supplies here for my gardening and I also purchase supplies for my chickens. They sometimes stock things I need that I can not find at the co-op. The employees are always available to help with any of my needs, and can answer or find an answer to any questions I may have.

Certain cashier, Michael, is always rude. He has no personality. Some people belong at a cash register ( even ones with a disability), but he isn't one of them. Only go here if you need specialty items that HD doesn't carry and then ask for the manager to check you out. There are plenty of nicer, larger, and more friendly stores in the area
