Very helpful with my new device/upgrade. I would rather drive 25 miles to the Verizon in Scottsboro as to driving 6 miles to Fort Payne. They are not as friendly or helpful. Sent me out of the store & told me to call 611

Employee that we dealt with did not really have any information or act like she knew how to get the information for us wasn't very helpful ended up having to go to Walmart to ask Verizon questions that is ridiculous.

My wife and I had the best experience here. Walked in at 5:15 and was greeted immediately. Kaylee apologized to all 3 customers that was there but was working alone. She was amazing and if you want to see customer service at its finest, stop by and see her. On a scale of 1-10, she had to be 20. Thanks for making our purchase great. Store closes at 7:00 and she finished us up at 8:10Kaylee you are awesome. Just remember though, the best song ever written or recorded!

You would think they would replace a $2000 phone less than a year old with a factory malfunction for free but no it had a scratch on the screen do not recommend this branch go to a different one
