Dropped my truck off for a lot of preventative maintenance at 100k miles on a Toyota Tundra I bought new 12 years ago. They are the best around these parts for non routine maintenance work that could cause problems if not done right.

They serviced my Mercedes C350 Sport for me. It was just the scheduled standard annual maintenance, plus changing the brake fluid. Karen was very friendly and helpful. So was Craig, and he knows cars! The labor cost was quite a bit more than I had planned on, but I guess that's just how it is nowadays. I just moved to Fort Payne a few months ago and I'm happy I found a good place nearby that I can rely on to service my car.

First off there communication skills between the shop and the front desk and the front desk to the customer is bad. Not only that they only have one mechanic working on several cars looks to be about 70 with a limp took them a week to do a 3 hour job.....plus they overcharge I'm never going back...

They replaced the motor in my Mazda MX. Didn't take too long and they did a wonderful job. The owner is very nice and will answer any questions you might have. They can do warranty work also.

My vehicle has been there for months! The mechanic was caught in several lies. We call weekly to check on it and the phone just rings. Sometime you can leave a message but most of the time you can’t. When my husband went to check on it their was grass growing up around the tires!! So everything he had been saying he has did to it he didn’t!
