“On Friday April 25th, I was traveling from North Carolina to Alabama to attend my Aunt's 100th birthday party and stopped at an Advance Auto in South Carolina with a battery issue and was basically blown off. Luckily I made it to my destination in Selma where I was greeted by a young lady who I believe may have been in a managerial position. I had a battery issue and without hesitation they were going to take care of me that evening but I didn't want them to have to swap my battery out in the rain. I advised them that I would come back in the morning. I was taken care of very quickly. Kudos to her and the gentleman who I also believe was in management that helped that night.”

“Although a service center member gave me a very off the wall, odd and very roundabout excuse as to why he couldn't change the oil in my vehicle on a previous visit at this store location, my faith has since been renewed on my more recent visit here.The associate was very courteous, and promptly attended to my vehicle service needs. He in no way made ANY mention of the very odd excuse that the former service associate had made, especially since I have had a consistent record of oil changes there. My advice is to get service here in mornings to midday, as later shifts tend to be more...dismissive of customer service needs. ?”
