I will never in my life rent from these people ever again,I will never forget covid first hit I had it twice and my rent got behind instead of trying to work with me knowing my situation, I was about to be thrown out.And I was also having problems with the people who lived above me with dragging furniture across all day and night,and make it so bad I talked to the man who lived in the apartment and asked him nicely to stop and I also told Mrs.Jewell several times, but nothing was never done...Me and my family really enjoyed living there,but we couldn't get anything done from the landlord, for instance during the Summer we didn't have any Air Conditioning the entire time as well as this winter without any heat and i told Mrs.Jewell that until she fixed my AC unit that I would not be paying my rent,I was told by a Attorney who advised me to write a 14 day repair notice,but Cornerstone Realty chose to terminate my lease....I wouldn't recommend anyone to move in the orchard Apartments.

Make sure your house is inspection is done by someone else you know because there are a lot of underlying issues like bug infestation, plumbing and faulty wiring you don't get to see until after you get in the house

I wanted a Selma evaluation so I could list it. Told me she would give a market evaluation. Nothing happened. 2 weeks later I called and she put me off again. 2 months later we both forgot about it so nothing happened. Looks like my property is not as easy profit.

Having a policy that ONLY allows prospective tenants to view the property AFTER the application/background and credit check are completed, is irrational. I spoke with a woman on the phone this morning (9.24.19), hoping to schedule a tour. She told me, "we don't show properties until after you complete the application, background check, and credit check, so that we know you qualify." I asked her what's the specific reason for having this policy and her response, verbatim, "otherwise we would be showing properties all day." Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that a part of real state? Before speaking with this woman, I was in correspondence with a John Ashley, via email, who told me to call the number on the flyer to schedule the tour. He did not mention the policy. I have never heard of a policy like this before, and I've lived in cities much bigger than Selma, Alabama.... . . You should consider hiring someone specifically assigned to show properties PRN or amend your tour policy. I'm still interested in scheduling a tour to view The Orchard apartments, but I'm not filling in any paperwork before I actually see it in person. I don't base my decisions with pictures. I look forward to being in contact with someone else at your earliest convenience.

This company should get a TEN star rating. Jewel is the best realtor I have ever encountered. She is extremely knowlegable and works tirelessly to give you every option available. She is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. If you are looking for a home you should call her. Believe me she will make all your dreams come true. I was once a realtor myself so I expect a lot from a realtor. Jewel surpassed all my expectations. CALL JEWELL!!

I am up at 10:38 pm because my upstairs neighbor is dragging furniture back and forth across the floor and this happens often and always late night early, early morning. I have complained and they got worse. I really loved living here the past 6/7 months but now it seems we're going to have to break the lease and move. SAD, Angry ,TIRED and REST BROKEN.
