Ivy is the best...first time was a charm. Just didn't put moisturizing oil on feet and hands when finished and got very dry by the time I made it back to wk but will return with oil in hand next time

On Monday 25th, I went to Crystal Nail for wax, fill-in and pedicure. Ivy, my understanding the shop owner partner did my fill-in, then my pedicure. Afterwards, Ivy did my wax. My services equal out to $70 and the service was rushed but I didn't complain then because prior to this issue they always supplied great customer service.

I walked in and there were only two workers and two customers. No one said hello can I help you or anything. When I finally said excuse me the woman had an attitude. She was very rude! If you don't want to at least be polite and help customers why even open your doors. Off to the next shop!

They are awesome! They will stay open late if needed even. Super friendly and fast service. They do lock the door close to closing but will let you in when you get there.
