Enterprise Rent-A-Car provides excellent and tremendous service. Customers receive confirmation calls before pickup. Pickup and drop-off are fast and easy with no delay, though service can sometimes be a little slow. Staff are amazing and helpful. During a travel crisis, they tracked a rental and directed the customer to the nearest location to swap the vehicle with no wait time, resulting in an upgrade. The vehicle provided is often better than what was asked for. The experience is great, encouraging future use.
