They tried to sell more tires than we needed. Did not balance nor align the wheels after all six were replaced. The lug nut covers were destroyed by mishandling them. We used them in an emergency hope no one else has that misfortune!

Ladies be aware of the FEAR TACTIC MECHANIC REPAIR SCAM. It's often used by mechanics to fear you into buying unneeded repairs. In other words, the mechanic will replace your TRUST with FEAR! Be assertive and ask questions. Remember, they work as a team to fear you into getting unneeded repairs. If you know that's not what your scheduled appointment was for ---DO NOT REPAIR! Do your homework, have them put their repair findings in writing--for legal purposes, and have another mechanic you may know and trust to see if their repair findings are true . They recently tried using the REPAIR SCAM with me, but it didn't work.

Brought my car in on April 23rd around 2:45pm to address a brake fluid leak. This tall slim guy straight up made excuses not to look at it and told me to take it somewhere which I did and turn out it was a damage brake line cause by another mechanic who installed my brake pads. Anyways it was replaced and fixed in 30 mins. Firestone in Selma, Al are lazy, weak, hood ghetto and should be shut down.

Called at 5:30 and they close at 6. Desmond answers the phone and tells me to come on and is servicing my vehicle even at the last minute and has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank y’all for your service.

Appointment was at 7, did not hear any signs of life from the work area until 8. The only worker with any work ethic at all to show up on time, was moving around in slow motion. The manager was polite and apologized that another worker had not shown up yet. Not his fault but I will never come here again.

Definitely my first and last time coming here dude gives me attitude and all I asked was for an oil change and yells because I barely could hear him and it took everything in me to not lose my mind
