The owner has no clue how to run her business. Flat out lies about how quickly it’ll be before being serviced. I got there at 4:20 and was told 45 min wait. I said I have an errand to run and I can be back in 45 min. When I returned, I was told to wait again, which I did with no issue. After waiting 30 min, I was called to a chair and waited there for another 20 mins or so.. then one of the assistants removed my polish & left me sitting there for an additional hour, while the nail tech worked on 2 other people. My frustration was the fact that she was not upfront with me about how long it would take before being able to get to me.I would have never allowed the assistant to remove my polish at all if I knew I’d be waiting that long. I’m sorry but a 2 hour wait before even getting helped is beyond ludicrous. I won’t be giving them my money.

I have gotten my nails done here for several years with no bad experience, today was different. I got a young man that was very rude, and very unprofessional. When I questioned the charges (before getting serviced) he rudely said “this is Selma, it’s more in Montgomery “. I said “ I have gotten my nails done in major cities and have had no problems, he said “that was those major cities” and proceeded to speak I’ll of my in his native tongue to another technician. I said he was rude, and his reply. ..”if I wanted to talk about you, I would have done it in English. How RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He rushed through my nails, never trimmed my cuticles, and wiped my hands with warm towel, and said $40.00. I asked about lotion and hand massage, he said “that’s extra”. With every other service that I have had at that salon, I have never paid extra for lotion and hand massage. When I asked his name he told me Michael, but I didn’t see any licenses displayed for a Michael.Cindy has worked hard to have a nice salon, and obviously hasn’t taught her staff CUSTOMER SERVICE, the customer is the customer that she relies on for business, however while it may not make a difference to her. . .I will not pay my money to be insulted and treated the way I was treated today, even if I have to go to Montgomery to get my nails done. I have witnessed this type of rude service before, but because it happened to me, I won’t be back. It’s sad that people feel they have to put up with this type of treatment to get services. . .I have sat in this nail shop for hours waiting to be serviced because I liked their services, today I was treated so unkindly and unprofessionally I will take my business and money elsewhere.Services: Acrylic nails

Called and was told it would be $35 for a full set. When I got there, I was told it would be $20.00 for the fill in and IF I wanted them polished, that was an additional $30.00, CASH ONLY! They do not take credit/debit cards.Needless to say they lost my business.

I don't know what happened here but their quality of service has hit an all time low. If I pay 60 for my nails, they shouldn't be coming up or falling off within the first week and then the one who did it ask what happened. You're what happened. They're so focused on money and piling customers on top of each other that they are doing rush jobs on customers and expect you to pay to repair the issue that was their fault. This place used to earn a 5 star rating, but now they've earned a 0 after the bad service I received.

Wendy did an awesome job on my hands and eyebrows. This was my first time getting 3D nails that I really wanted for my birthday back in February. Although her English language was limited, she did great understanding my photo. My nails turned out pretty good. The only reason for the 4 stars is she was the only person who does 3D nails from what the manager told me. The only time this can be done is when they are less busy. I came in on a Thursday. So, I was lucky that day. But, if majority of them can do this and have it to where you can have an appointment scheduled, the greater it would be for all customers who like 3D. Plus, they'll get more money. Below, is a photo of my nails I took at home.Services: Waxing

Jennie likes to curse and rush while painting your nails. Unprofessional. Manager likes to make up excuses for poor service and expects you to pay full price anyway without fixing the problem (a poor worker).Service: Nail art
