I had a nice experience with Keda at the Selma location. I finally received new supplies after trying for over five weeks to order supplies. After using my new equipment for only one night, I kept getting an error message stating that the hose wasn’t connected. I tried to clear the hose for three nights and Monday Sept 16th, I decided to get help.
I am so thankful that Keda resolved my problem. My husband slept in his recliner one night and the second night he told me he couldn’t sleep because of my snoring. I slept in our other bedroom for two nights. I am grateful to have my CPAP working again.

We went by again this afternoon, light on in back room. No lights on in front of office/store! Still no one is answering the telephone!! We finally had to go to Health Mart to get supplies we so badly needed.

I attempted to rent a wheelchair and was placed on hold for a hour. I was parked outside of the business calling to get an appointment since the sign on the door stated I needed an appointment for service. I called Health Mart and had a wheelchair in 10 minutes.

Be careful of this company. I've called the answering service four times. It just hung up twice. It gave me the on-call person for a thousand miles away the third time. The fourth time, I asked to have the Selma manager call me immediately. I wonder how that's going to work out.So the delivery person called back, not the manager. The manager is supposed to call. I sent her a message to get it in gear because we have to have oxygen in the house tonight. The delivery man says there's no record of an order, an order arranged by the hospital and confirmed by Lincare.
