The pricing was already high, and then the price went, storage name changed up without letting me know and the website changed. They just raised my price again and $70.00 late fee is ridiculous. The payment for 1 month is $309.00. I have been with them for 6 years, but that means nothing to them. I have referred many people but they left because of their price increasing. The only good thing going for this storage is Tasha customer service skills and personality. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend you doing business with them at all. I have been asking to speak with actual owner and have yet to get a call.
