Just left the Selma Post Office and wanted to send Kudos to Mike at the front desk. He always has a smile on his face and a helpful attitude! However, today he went Above and Beyond. I'm not used to the new rates and was appalled when the cheapest rate for mailing a box of cookies

Spoke to an African-American female over the phone regarding an address verification. She was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She really needs to take a customer service class and management needs to discipline her.

Spoke with the most lovely person on the phone from this post office,They were able to track down a package with an scanning error that ended up at there. She said they would send it to my post office which happens to be clear across the country. This made my day! So grateful! I thought it was lost !! ☺️?

Trash customer serviceThe service door say “Ring Bell for service 6:00 am to 9:30 am.” Went to verify my address because it was a shipping mistake on my address. Rung the bell for 30 minutes then a worker yelled through the door were closed. Went back at 8 am and told them I was trying to verify address and check on a package. He told me to call because they have been sorted it out and won’t let him look in it and to call the 1800# that gave me the information I see on the website. Still couldn’t verify my address so my package will go back and have be shipped out again ….another week and a half.Trash customer serviceNot like they once was

I've never had an issue with their service. They are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even on busy days they are still professional.
