We changed over Semmes about two years ago. It was the best decision we ever made. Not only do they fill your prescriptions on time, but they even know who you are when you walk in the door.

I literally called and read off everything on this magic mouthwash list before I came up here to make sure they could do it since it's 30 minutes out of my way and then I get here and they tell me that they can't do it because they don't have everything.

Do yourself a favor and get away from chain pharmacies. Semmes Pharmacy has a great staff and always go above and beyond on making sure you can afford your medication by keeping the doctors and insurance companies straight. They are great to work with.

While there are plenty of other pharmacies closer to my home, I'm willing to drive way out of my way for Semmes Pharmacy. They are the perfect mix of professional and hospitality. Their pharmacists are kind and more knowledgeable than any other I've dealt with. They genuinely care about their customers.

Why do the lines move so slow now? We switched here and for a long time the lines moved quickly, now they are slow. Also the pharmacist was rude. Disappointed.

These people are WONDERFUL! For years, I used several others, and I have no complaints against any of them, but Semmes Pharmacy is the best! I was paying $150 a month for insulin for my dog plus the vet's bill for the prescription. It was killing me financially, but without it, she would die. I wandered into Semmes Pharmacy when CVS did not have a prescription I needed and handed them my prescriptions. The pharmacist, Alan Browning, told me that Walmart sold Humulin Insulin (same ingredients, different brand) as what I was paying $150 a month for, for $26 and NO PRESCRIPTION required. He did not benefit in any way by telling me this, but I sure did. And that was just one of the many times I saved money thanks to his advice and honesty. I have been a loyal customer ever since!
