The pizza ? better than remembered. Service is mainly teenagers, so... but your pizza will always arrive at your table and it will be hot. No more coins, the games use cards now that you just tap. You dread how long a party will go on as you arrive, but look up and realize 4 hours has disappeared and everyone is happy.

This place used to be so much fun. I took my three year old niece here to enjoy some quality time. Let’s just say the place has turned into a money pit. Not only are the game cards super expensive ($25 for an hour), but half of the games and rides weren’t working properly. There are 5 lanes of ski ball and none of them were working properly. And when we scanned our card to try them, it just erased time on our cards and made us wait to scan and was a total waste of time. The games don’t give out tons of tickets like they used to and you would have to spend literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars to win a cheap plastic toy you could buy on Amazon for $5-10.Chuck’s is more of a nostalgia thing for me, but I won’t come back if the place is just in shambles like it was this visit. Just sad and disappointing.Vegetarian options: The salad bar is the best meal availableDietary restrictions: Lots of options. The salad bar is actually remarkableParking: Tons of spots. Shouldn’t be a worryKid-friendliness: This place was built for kidsWheelchair accessibility: There is wheel chair access

Brought our grandkids to Chuck E Cheese for the first time in Sheffield. I have fond memories of Chuck E Cheese as a child and loved bringing my own kids. I invited 4 adults and 3 kids and I ordered 2 pizzas, 6 drinks, a dessert cookie and three - 1 hour play cards for $133. I would have rather had a 3rd pizza instead of dessert but they didn’t have a deal for that. Also I was disappointed in the price of the salad, which was $8 for only 1 plate. Wish it was all you could eat, even if it cost a little more!! The kids had fun playing even though it was a little crowded. There were a few games that weren’t working, which was disappointing but overall it was a lot of fun. I like the variety of games, so all ages had something to do!! My granddaughter wanted to see Chuck E. Cheese but he never came out. ☹️ Employees came by several times to check on us and see if we needed anything, they also offered to refill our drinks. The best part was that I had coupons for 1500 free tickets and my grandkids were able to get great prizes. I highly recommended downloading the app. They loved it and well be neck back.

It's always fun, but I think understaffed. They didn't even check us in and give me and the kids stamps when we arrived and when asked they said it wasn't a big deal. Idk if they don't do that anymore of what.

I have came here many years and it has always been great until my last visit last weekend. They removed it seemed like 1/3 of the games and half the ones that were left didnt work properly or even at all. Last visit my kids had 500-600 tickets each, this time one had 140, one had 100 and the other had 500. I usually play as well and last time I had over 1k, this time i had only 700. Several of the games ripped us off. The sampler platter appetizer we ordered was a joke, fries were small and horrible serving size and wings were cold. The pizza was barely warm. Iv always liked this location but it was just horrible this time. I spent $130 for cold food and broken games. Kids were disappointed

I took my 3 year old grandson and let him play games and eat pizza. He loved it. You get this card to swipe to play the game. After about 10 minutes he started doing it by himself. He was just going from game to game he had a blast. But it wouldn't many people there.
