“I love Lanel, Ryan, & all of the people who work at the columbiana office, not sure what all the negative reviews are for- but I have been to this location a million times and never have had anything but a good experience- it’s the USPS’s in other counties and cities that are bad… this one is amazing!”

“Thank you to the sweet lady today attempting to help me with my international package today and for your continued effort only to find out it could not be done with USPS. She maintained her cool and patience and I really appreciate it.”
