It's a shame to make your workers walk a mile if they are being dropped off. Then have to work in a hotbox. Hanon systems please do better for your employees.

Over 4 hrs to load on saturday
Today, Monday, I've been here 6+ hrs so far at a dock and no movement.
Very long time for me. Forklift guy damn near broke through my trailer almost as if he was going full speed and letting the trailer stop him, it made me for the 1st time in 8yrs go up there and say WTH is going on.....
Loading - back in door 4 thru 6 and go to shipping office, which is up the ramp to the right.
Unloading - empty racks - door 4 thru 6 back in and go to shipping office not receiving. I went to the receiving end and had to back all the way.

Unorganized place, waiting for 2 hours to get a dock. Unloading takes forever

Could be the fastest I've ever been loaded... Waited about 20 minutes for a dock, (mainly because there's not much space to pull out and close doors if a truck is waiting) Pulled into the dock, and before I even finished hearing the air brakes piss I heard the dock plate come down and vroom vroom of the forklift. 10 minutes later bang... Green light, went inside signed paperwork and out the door on the road in maybe 20-25 minutes. Felt like an earthquake inside the truck ? but hell I'll sit through an earthquake to get my pay check going again!
