Tip top installed a beautiful brick mailbox and pump house two days after my request for an estimate! Mr. Williams was so pleasant and kind to work with and his crew were all professional and skilled. I would definitely recommend them! The whole experience was quick and very pleasant.

My wife gave them a call for an estimate for a pad in front of my shop. They returned our call and gave an estimate. Seemed reasonable, and a week later, I had a pad. The workers who showed up worked very hard. Time will tell about the quality, but the grading and use of concrete looks very professionally done. We chose this company because a handyman said they have used them a few times on projects with no problems.If you have a project, you should at least give them a call for an estimate. Hopefully, this review answers any questions you have about this company.Oh, I haven't used it, but they offer a warranty. Hope not to find out, but it seems they stand behind their work.

This was the second time I have used Tip Top. They did concrete work for me before and land clearing / grading work for methis time. Excellent work, reasonable and will treat you right!

I had a gravel circular driveway replaced with a concrete one. The workers showed when they stated and got each section of work completed as explained. Looks very good. I will recommend Robert and his workers to others.

Excellent job, low price.This was my first experience with a mason. Repairing a brick fence. I was quoted for $2500 by a competitor who then failed to bring by a contract, who also ensured that to have the job done right (digging a new footer, filling in the old, knocked down, column that was left hollow by a previous mason, etc.) it would have to be 2500. They did the job for $1800 including building a new column.

I hired Tip Top to replace my entire driveway that the dirt was washing away under the driveway out by the road. Actually it was a hugh hole under the driveway and it was to be fixed and replaced the missing dirt before pouring the new driveway. There is a pipe that goes under the driveway for drainage and from the hole I could see the dirt had washed away to the bottom of the pipe. While the driveway was removed I had a look and saw a hole on top of the pipe so I asked about it. I was told that was where the dirt was washing away at but don't understand how the dirt at the bottom of the pipe washed away if it was leaking at the top. The hole in the pipe was fixed and it was stuff with trash so I asked about it. I was told the trash would keep the concrete from going into the hole. I got suspicious at this point and noticed the spot where the dirt was supposed to be replaced looked like it was filled with the broken concrete from removing the driveway. I looked around and the company owner was gone and his workers were speaking Spanish so I couldn't ask if was filled with broken concrete instead of dirt. Anyway the driveway was poured and they put clear see through plastic over the entire driveway for 3 days. When the plastic was removed it left stripped marks all over the driveway. I was told it would fade away but it was replaced in the heat of summer so it's been a couple of months and the marks are still there. I bought a pressure washer to see if I can wash away the marks. I'm on disability which is a fixed income so with what I could save along with my tax return I had this driveway taken care of and I was trying to get the best job possible for the money. The driveway looks good except for the marks and on each side of the driveway there was a 10 to 12 inch wide and about 6 to 8 inches deep where the frame was that I had to replace before my wife stepped in getting out of the car and twisting her ankle. For 4 thousand dollars plus I didn't expect these marks because on the TV commercials you only see perfect work. I'm not happy these stain marks are there and I realize they aren't doing any damage but I am concerned about the hole being filled with broken concrete because I'm afraid the washing away effect will still going on. I'm sure if the washing away continues I'm at the age the driveway will still out last me. I also asked the owner about another project and was told he would be back with an estimate but as of now I haven't heard back from him which makes me wonder about what kind of contractor he is.

Too Top was early for the job, extremely professional and did an amazing job on my driveway extension. 50’ long and 30’ wide. Excellent job and recommend them to anyone wanting quality work at the best price!
