What a great group of people at this location. I brought my household items to the terminal and transloaded through Two Men and A Truck for a household move. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I've used ABF in the past and can't praise them enough. If you are looking to relocate this is your best option. The destination terminal staff was so helpful and my items were delivered asap with a wonderful driver, Costello. Cynthia in Operations was extremely helpful.

After hearing the horror stories of the other container movers similar to this, I was hesitant, but I did a good bit of research and came to the conclusion that U-Pack would be the best fit. I traveled from the West Coast to the East Coast and only a few days after I arrived, I had all of my belongings in my new home. As long as you make sure all of your belongings are properly tied down and secure, the wonderful people at U-Pack will make sure your things arrive in one piece and keep you well-updated on where its location is and if there will be any delays or issues. The customer service is always super friendly and very helpful. From the gentlemen that picked my container up and dropped it off, to the kind lady that helped me through the payment process, U-Pack is certainly the way to move across the country without needing to break the bank or stress about your belongings arriving properly.

I was nervous about it, but U-Pack was fantastic. The truck arrived exactly as requested on both ends of the move. I experienced zero damage to my goods and the drivers were friendly and helpful. U-Pack customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced. I had a lot of questions and they answered everything and were extremely helpful and friendly. Extremely cost effective service and I highly recommend moving with them.

All the workers were so kind and helpful. It arrived when at the estimated time. Because of the location of my belongings I had to go with service center to service center. I moved from Pennsylvania to Georgia, the process was easy and pretty fast. The cost was affordable, they definitely have the best prices.

I have used the U-Pack twice in the past two years. One is for the moving from California to Texas, while the other is from Texas to Alabama.Above all, this company was on time as promised, the invoice was accurate, and no additional costs were incurred.Definitely, I will use this moving company next time when I have an opportunity to move again.

They were very helpful, on time , no damage to things, relaiable and great value. I moved my house hold things from Auburn, Alabama to Memphis Tennessee in March 2023.

I loved this move. Everything can be done online or by a text that links to a phone friendly webpage. Not everyone has computer access during a move. The drivers were very friendly and accommodating for where they dropped off the trailer. I never received any junk emails or phone calls pushing their services. If I need a moving service again, I would definitely use this company.

Only say that is great company and great team. U-pack have just helped me for moving from East to West, on time pick up and delivery early (unbelievable they were able to delivery and pick up empty Relocube in 3 hours). Thanks U-pack and your team,

After reading many horror reviews, I decided to go with U-Pack. I got a quote for 2 relocubes. My math said I needed one but based on others expierence, I ordered an extra one. Thay arrived on time. They can put it on any level reasonable place. We loaded BOTH of them up, locked them and they were pick up on time. I was able to track my shipment. I contacted the destination site and emailed them all the necessary paper work in advance. My destination was Puerto Rico and since I was flying in, timing was critical. My shipment arrived early but within 3 day of the projected date. My cubes were delivered and I was suprised nothing was damaged. They picked up the cubes and I was very satisfied. I do recommend U-Pack if you are planning to move yourself.

We moved from Maryland to Alabama and the driver, Mr. Jeff, was punctual, patient, kind, and helpful. The scheduling was very easy, as was the drop off to load the trailer. I highly recommend U-pack.

Just finished a move of my oldest son from Connecticut to Georgia. Priced out many options with other containers and full service moving companies. I was amazed at the amount of 3rd party out there that started hounding my phone number. I was also surprised at the costs of the other storage container shipping companies. U-pack came in on budget. We loaded it and hired a local company to unpack. Communication, tracking and personal service was outstanding. I would recommend them for other moves.

This is unique kind of service I experienced this time while my move. Previously, keep on talking to movers and lot of bargaining and hidden terms, At the end lot of issues. Thanks to the people who came up with the idea of U-pack and making life easy while moving. Cheaper, Transparent, professional. You are the boon to the moving industry and helping people. So easy to move with. I took labor services from U-Haual. It would be nice if U-pack can start that plate form as well for labor so it would done at one place.
