“The owner of this establishment was very helpful and generous. I looked up the phone number for this place and for some reason it gave me the owner's personal cell phone number. When I called her, she was busy and not at work, at the time. She gave me the correct number to call, but it wasn't working, due to the internet being down. She text me back and told me to text her what I wanted to order and she would get the message to the store for me. She obviously didn't have to go out of her way to help me, but she did and I really appreciate it. I had never been to this store before today, but I would definitely recommend it.?”

“I called Suburban Propane to fill my tank and service my fireplace. Luke, the technician, informed me that the that another company installed the tank and that he couldn't service it unless I owned it. He gave me the number of the original installer and their phone number. I don't own the tank and will use the original installer, but do appreciate Luke's helpful and professional manner. and regret that I cannot further utilize Suburban Propane's services as originally planned. The front office staff were equally helpful and professional. Based on my experience, I would recommend Suburban Propane to anyone.”
