They refuse to deliver packages for false reasons. Then come up with new ones just so they don't have to deliver

TERRIBLE. Simply put they do not follow delivery instructions and will either deliver it to the wrong house or just lose the package. I’ll be getting my mail forwarded elsewhere to save myself the headache.
