They do not scan items in, they leave them sitting in the blue drop off for weeks and when asked why package hasn’t been scanned they say they don’t get scanned. Meanwhile I’m sure they’re not checking the box and my packages are sitting there.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I did not catch his name but, was the black headed guy that works at front. I sent off cards weight less than 6oz to bulk cards weighting no more couple pounds. Charged me $17 per box x3 even though everything weighed completely different.

They lie about deliveries and attempts. I can’t count the number of times they have marked a package as “delivered” when it’s not. They are especially prone to do this with Amazon packages to make their numbers look better.
