Terrible. Terrible terrible. Always marking my packages as “Held at Post Office, At customer request.” This should be illegal. I order online for convenience so I can work my hours. This post office is shady as all hell and needs to be investigated.

We have had a Post Office box here for about twenty years. The cost of a PO box is way over priced being over $200 a year.The staff here is very nice. Our big problem is with the postal service. Mail can be extremely slow and over the years we have had several packages lost.

They do not scan items in, they leave them sitting in the blue drop off for weeks and when asked why package hasn’t been scanned they say they don’t get scanned. Meanwhile I’m sure they’re not checking the box and my packages are sitting there.
