The store was really nice and everything was very easy to find. I got help for a specific item I went there to get and the associate was very helpful and very nice. Everything went smooth and I had a great experience. I highly recommend this Ace hardware. They have great customer service.

I got some defective paint from there and went back to have it fixed. I was worried because it’s so expensive and didn’t expect to recover that money. Tim helped me and remixed the paint and knew exactly what went wrong with the 1st can. He also saved me money by recommending a smaller size for my project and showed me how Benjamin Moore uses their sample layout to find coordinating colors - which is something I’m definitely interested in. Tim is exactly the kind of person you hope to find working at your local hardware store. Thanks again Tim!

Sub-par for an Ace Hardware store. I'm disappointed Ted every time I go there by the rude and inefficient management. The floor people are okay, but not very knowledgable.
I've always gone out of the way to buy from Ace, but with their attitude and lack of concern, there's no reason for my continued loyalty.
I spent over $6,500 there between August and February. Grills, E Go mower and equipment, mulch, and general hardware. They don't care.

When you walk in, your greeted by staff and ask if you need help. You don't find that at the big box stores. Purchased a grill and it was $50 cheaper than Lowe's. They didn't have it in stock, but they got it next day and had it assembled and ready to go. From the young staff to older staff, everyone was very courteous.

Great place to shop as soon as I walked in I was asked if there was anything they could help me find, there was, they walked me to it and other things I needed as well. The store looks to be incredibly stocked for a small establishment,in and out in minutes and reasonably priced, let's face it I hate having to walk a 40 acre store for a couple of items, it's looking like I going to drive an extra couple of minutes now for the smaller more personable shopping experience
